1) An email confirmation is sent to the email account you used during registration. In order to access the site, you must confirm your registration by clicking on the link that is sent to your email account. Look for a message from "Training & Conditioning CEU Support." If the message does not arrive shortly after submitting your registration, check your Spam, Junk Mail, or Trash folder. If you don't receive/find the email within an hour of submitting the form, contact support by clicking here and request that your account be manually confirmed.

2) You can shop at www.training-conditioningceu.com with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

5) In the event you make a CEU quiz purchase online that you do not want, credit will be applied toward another CEU quiz . Only if you do not want a future CEU credit will the credit card be reversed for that amount. In either event, you must contact the site administrator in writing by emailing support@training-conditioningceu.com within 5 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to a $5 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after a CEU certificate has been emailed to a person.

6) ONLINE quizzes: If you have taken a CEU quiz ONLINE and have lost your certificate and need a duplicate copy CEU certificates are available for a $10 fee by contacting support@training-conditioningceu.com. Please allow 5 business days for a duplicate certificate request to be processed.

MAILED quizzes: If you have taken a CEU quiz and MAILED it in and have lost your certificate and need a duplicate copy, these are available for a $10 fee by contacting Sharon at SB@MomentumMedia.com. Please allow 10 business days for receipt of duplicate copy.
